Affiverse Agency – Best Affiliate Agency
Shoparize steht in zwei Kategorien:

- Ishtvan Torpoi (freiberuflich) – in der Session „Affiliate Marketing – the State of Art“ im April 2025

European Affiliate Awards 2026: eleven podcast guests — and the host
The European Affiliate Awards will be presented on 21 September 2026 at the Colosseum in Berlin — the second edition, after the first in Amsterdam. The shortlists have been set since July.
Going through them, one thing stands out: across the categories and the Top 50 Voices, eight people who have been guests on Affiliate Thinking appear — one company even six times.
Affiverse Agency — Best Affiliate Agency
Lee-Ann Johnstone founded Affiverse in the UK in 2019, first as a media and community platform and since 2020 as an agency as well. In Best Affiliate Agency, Affiverse Agency stands alongside Acceleration Partners, AMPC, DEPT, FairForecast and Yellowgrape.
The podcast conversation with her fits that: how you actually teach affiliate management — and why the industry has so far trained its newcomers largely by accident.
Shoparize — nominated twice
Joep van den Boer was a guest the same month. Shoparize appears in two categories:
- Best Affiliate Publisher — alongside WPP Media/Klarna, Naturescanner.nl, Pepper, RUNNEA and ShopForward
- Best Affiliate Campaign for its work with Philips — alongside Partnerize & Dentsu (Albert Heijn), Webgains & EssenceMediacom (Butlin’s), WPP Media (ICI PARIS XL), Metapic (SpaceNK) and Tradedoubler (ALAB laboratoria)
The episode was about Comparison Shopping Services — precisely the model Shoparize is now shortlisted for in both categories.
Who else is on the shortlist
Among the platforms there are seven nominees instead of the usual six, because the jury scoring produced a tie: Awin, Daisycon, impact.com, Metapic, Partnerize, Tradedoubler and Webgains.
In technology there are only five — fewer entries there: Everflow, NucleusLinks (Smart Redirects), Woolsocks (Hybrid Tracking), Semrush and Sovendus.
Among the programmes: Coolblue, HEMA, Lidl, DEPT/G-STAR, Awin/SharkNinja and Secret Sales / Dress for less.
Top 50 Voices: eleven guests — and the host
The Top 50 Affiliate Voices is the only category with public voting. From 155 nominees the community picks fifty; the result is announced live in Berlin. Voting closes on 31 August 2026.
Eleven of them have already been on Affiliate Thinking — and with Alexander Hollstein (Onlyoneway), the host is on the list himself.
- Ingo Kamps (Münchner Online Rebels) — in episode 4 on co-op advertising funds
- Torsten Latussek (Coupons.de) — in episode 6 on couponing
- Alexandra Bietz (Global Events Lead, Awin) — in episode 8 on events
- Markus Kellermann (MAI group) and André Koegler (Impact) — both in episode 9 on artificial intelligence
- Nadine Herrmann (MyCashbacks) — in episode 10 on cashback
- Marcus Seidel (ADCELL) — in episode 13 on platform instead of channel
- Fabian Gärtner (founder of Yadore) — in the episode on the role of CPC
- Joep van den Boer (Shoparize) — in the episode on comparison shopping services
- Lee-Ann Johnstone (Affiverse) — in Teaching Affiliate Management; she is also up in the agency category
- Ishtvan Torpoi (freelance) — in the session „Affiliate Marketing – the State of Art“ in April 2025
Shoparize appears on the lists six times
Besides Joep van den Boer, Selina Wandrei, Nacho Villaro and Aleksandra Ronkiewicz are also among the Voices. Together with the two category nominations that makes six entries — more than anyone else on the lists.
Who else from the German-speaking market is there
Networks and platforms: Matthias Stadelmeyer and Dean Brandt (Tradedoubler), Andreas Blaufuss (Webgains), Simone Betzler (Awin), Benjamin Boucher (mrge, Hamburg), Bernd Vermaaten (Solute), Anna Andrews (Yadore), Nicole Schichtl (RetailAds), Niklas Schwake and Fabian Niemitz (Metapic), Ralf Fischer (VerticalAds), Thomas Punzel (Atolls).
Agencies and consultancies: Sebastian Menken (M2L Agency, Munich), Matthias Feifel (Online United), Annalena Bauer (digitAL consultancy), Marcel Richter, Nino Klatt (PRVN Media), Marcel Schone (Uppr), Cornelius Frey (Nucleuslinks), Hendrik Seifert, Winona Bak and Jennifer Brand (Kupona), Conny Bierling, Andreas Sasnovskis and Rene Roth (Oliro), Marc Majewski and Yvonne Cieplik (advanced store).
From retail and publishing: Andrea Springer-Ferazin (Idealo), Eugen Falkenstein (Everysize), Ared Yelkenci (STROOM).
How it is decided
The longlist was reduced to a shortlist of on average six nominees per category. During August the jurors contact the nominees to go through the submitted cases in detail; only then are gold, silver and bronze awarded. Everything is announced live in Berlin — together with the Top 50 Affiliate Voices, which stay under wraps until then.
A tight calendar
If you are planning both, check the dates: the ceremony is on 21 September in Berlin, and DMEXCO starts two days later in Cologne. Both are in the industry calendar.
